Our story began in 2020 when the founders of Euphoria Properties NW took a significant step by purchasing their first property in Washington state. This house, although in serious need of renovation, had excellent structural integrity and a fantastic location. It also featured a small one-bedroom daylight basement apartment with a bathroom and a functional kitchen space, setting the stage for our first venture into rental properties.

With our extensive background in house renovations, we embarked on transforming this property into a gem. The renovation process began with the basement apartment, which welcomed its first renters in early 2023. Following this success, we completed the upper part of the house in mid-2024. Our approach to renovations focuses on enhancing comfort and functionality while preserving the unique character of each property.
